Things that I love...

Mecha-lion and friend!Tiny teapot made from an old wheat penny! It's jail art!
Once on antiques roadshow (heart) I saw a sweet piece of jail art. Someone had carved a whole bunch of peach pits to look like monkeys! If I remember correctly, the monkeys were gambling!
Found it! Monkeys!
Enjoy!

  2. it's actually made from an indian head penny, which means it is from before 1909. also, do you know the whole story behind it? or do i need to confiscate that sucker?

  3. As Catherine said...It IS an indian head cent made mostly in Minn.State prison in the 1920's-30's.The gaurd's/staff took these into town to sell with profits going to prison&somtimes to inmates,Kinda like "slave labor".They also came in box's marked as such.Check out the"PENNY LADY"...( GOOGLE SEARCH )
